I'm Chase Boulay. I design and build websites for small businesses in Rhode Island. Every site is hand-coded from scratch — no WordPress, no templates, no page builders. The result is a website that loads in under a second, ranks on Google, and actually brings in customers.
I'm based in Providence and I've built 20+ websites for local businesses including restaurants, barbershops, nail salons, cafes, gyms, and auto shops across the state.
Background
I studied at Brown University in Providence. I'm also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and pursuing my NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification — which might seem unrelated, but it taught me how to listen to what people actually need rather than what they think they want. That skill translates directly to building websites that solve real business problems.
I started Boulay Design because I kept seeing the same pattern: great local businesses with terrible (or nonexistent) websites. The agencies in Rhode Island charge $5,000-$20,000 and take months.
